EXCHANGES FOR UNIVERSITY OF SYDNEY STUDENTS

JUMP!
"Close your eyes and jump, all initial doubts and fears fade into insignificance, overwhelmed by new experiences, new thoughts, new friends and new worlds."
Georgos S.P, Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Law - University of Cyprus.

The University of Sydney desires to offer all of its students a rich and comprehensive experience of university life. For over 25 years, the University has offered students the opportunity to study part of their degree overseas through the University of Sydney's International Exchange Program.

Through these experiences students not only enrich their degrees with international perspectives, but also gain a broader view of the world and of Australia. They also learn new life skills and grow personally. Many have found improved career prospects, because they now stand out from the crowd. And all of this while travelling and exploring the world.

With almost 260 exchange partners in 30 countries, there is sure to be a program that will suit your academic and personal interests.

This website provides you with basic information about the program, however, if you wish to find out more, you should attend a weekly Exchange Information Session held during semester.

You may also be interested in reviewing the Australian Government's Study Overseas website promoting the experience of studying overseas.

You can also seek further inspiration by reading about the adventures of a few of our exchange students on the Sydney Life blogs.

Exchange Advisers are also happy to answer your questions, after you have attended a topical information session, so feel free to email us directly. Visit us during office hours at the International Student Office (map ref.N.20) and explore our Exchange Resource Library.
